2003 Natality Data Set, Series 21, No. 16H

• Prenatal care data found in fields 245-247 of the 2003 Natality ASCII CD-ROM issued December 2005 are not accurate. These fields include only data for the two States Pennsylvania and Washington, which revised their birth certificates for 2003. An upcoming CD-ROM to be issued February or March 2006 will include the corrected data for these States; please contact (301)458-4111. Prenatal care data for all other States shown in other fields are accurate.
